Horrorfest at Shady Brook Farm – Known as the nation’s most haunted farm, this Yardley attraction offers four themed adventures, each with its own thrills. Choose between the Barn of Horror, 3-D Alien Encounter, the Hayride of Horror and Carnage. If you can’t decide, splurge on the RIP package for extra gore and special effects and take in all four adventures. The haunted barn and hay rides are specially geared for smaller guests!
Terror Behind the Walls – With more than 200 actors, custom-designed props, and Hollywood-worthy sets, the Eastern State Penitentiary transforms into one of the country’s most terrifying haunted house attractions. Throw in eerie digital sound effects and creepy animatronics, and you have the recipe for a nightmarish experience. If roaming an abandoned and reportedly haunted prison at night sounds like your cup of tea, don’t miss this sinister event that promises more blood and terror than previous years.
Bates Motel – A nod to the classic Hitchcock thriller, this attraction located on Arasapha Farm has been rated one of America’s scariest haunts by USA Today and the Travel Channel! There’s no escaping the terror inside this hotel, which also includes a ghostly corn maze with prowling zombies and a heart-pounding hay ride for the kids.
Laurel Hill Cemetery – Supernatural happenings abound in the historic Laurel Hill Cemetery during October. Take a nighttime tour of the cemetery while learning about its haunted history as you delve into spooky stories while exploring the burial grounds. Watch out for visits from the undead!
